There was little drama, Wednesday, at a function in Delta state when suddenly when some heavily armed militants, suspected to be members of Niger Delta Avengers, came face-to-face with some Nigerian military personnel, asking them to pass over their request to the Governor. The militants thereafter started shooting sporadically.
